Prepare the Bicycle
Carefully repack the e-bike in its original factory box, ensuring all components, manuals, and the battery charger are securely included.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional courier pickup for oversized items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bicycle's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
